Bryan Bushick, MD, MBA, is a Senior Advisor for Business Strategy Services with The Winkenwerder Company. Dr. Bushick has a unique blend of business, clinical and information technology experience. He has significant depth in healthcare quality, population health management, innovation and patient safety, as well as proven success in business development, strategic planning and large-scale project execution.
Dr. Bushick recently served as Chief Health Care Strategy Officer for Covisint following the company’s acquisition of DocSite, where Bushick was the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining DocSite, Dr. Bushick served for five years as Principal of Falcon Health Solutions, LLC, a company that he founded and to which he has returned. Prior to founding Falcon Health Solutions, Dr. Bushick was on the leadership team for five years with CareScience, completing his tenure as Senior Vice President, Business Development. He also previously worked at Allina Health System as Senior Vice President for Performance Measurement and Improvement and, before that, served as an executive with UnitedHealthcare. In public service, Dr. Bushick was a Senior Examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program and in 2011 was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to the Board of Overseers. He was also a member of the 2008 Judges’ Panel for Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence. In 2009, Dr. Bushick completed his term as President of the Board of Directors of the Wharton Health Care Management Alumni Association.
Dr. Bushick strengthens the Winkenwerder Company’s ability to support clients’ needs in business strategy and business development, with a particular focus on assisting innovative companies in the areas of information technology, business process improvement, and emerging clinical products and services.
Dr. Bushick received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, a business degree from the Wharton School of Business, and his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College.
